About Elle

Elle is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing practitioner. She holds a First-class diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis.

Elle is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Association of the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis.

Elle also has a degree in Social and Political Science from Cambridge University where she studied social psychology and political philosophy.

For several years Elle worked in Westminster, before moving to a job in the City as a communications professional.

When she was pregnant with her first child Elle studied HypnoBirthing and had such a positive experience she went on to achieve a drug free natural birth at home using hypnosis.

This inspired Elle to learn more about the power and therapeutic uses of hypnosis and to train as a clinical hypnotherapist so she could enable others to experience the positive benefits too.
